One thing I’ve been trying to get better at is having patience. It does NOT come easily for me.
I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase…
Patience is a virtue.
In life, we all strive to be the best version of ourselves. So why is it that some people don’t have patience at all?
Why is patience so hard to master?
Hereditarily, some people aren’t naturally equipped with the “patient gene.”
Some people are naturally more hot-headed than others, just like some people are naturally thinner than others.
It’s very similar.
Even though someone is naturally heavier, they can still work out to maintain a healthy weight. They’ll just have to work a little harder than someone who’s naturally thin.
Patience is no different. It’s like a muscle that takes time to strengthen.
Everyone’s brain is wired differently, which is why some people struggle to practice patience more than others.
But even though this is true, “naturally impatient” people can still practice patience to improve it. They’ll just have to work a little harder at it than others.
